TASTING NOTES
• Nose - Perfect balance of aromas, carries notes of orange blossom, honeydew and fresh olives.
• Taste - Thin and dry with hints of anise, apple, and orange oils with high salinity.
• Finish - Finishes with a sudden peppery heat on the back of the throat that lingers for a while afterward.
