TASTING NOTES
• Nose - Vanilla and spicy Eccles cake (pastry, baked currants and raisins, cinnamon and clove).
• Palate - Light-bodied and slightly sweet. Cinnamon, clove and black pepper spice with smoothing vanilla fudge.
• Finish - Medium length finish with cracked black pepper, vanilla, spice and fudge.
