Description: Four Pillars Shiraz Gin was made in Australia's Yarra Valley, the folk at Four Pillars distillery take Shiraz grapes from neighbouring vineyards and steep these in their Four Pillars Rare Dry Australian Gin to produce this Bloody Shiraz.
• Nose - Piney juniper, blackcurrant, black tea and cracked black pepper.
• Taste - Sweet red berries and blueberry jam, dry piny juniper and tea-like tannins, black pepper spice and angelica root nutty woodiness. Hints of menthol cough sweet.
• Finish - Warming berry and spiced juniper finish.
