A limited-edition, unfiltered Junmai Genshu made using the traditional fukuroshibori (bag-pressing) method, where the sake is gently allowed to drip naturally from the fermented mash. This careful process preserves rich rice umami and creates a full-bodied yet refined sake with a clean, expressive character. It is bottled at approximately 17% ABV.
