Description:
Itteki Nyukon Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake from Kamotsuru, embodying the brewery’s philosophy of putting “heart and soul into every single drop.” Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed only from rice, water, and koji with a rice polishing ratio of around 60 %, resulting in a delicately aromatic, clean, and gently dry profile that pairs well with a wide range of dishes.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with sushi and sashimi, light seafood (grilled or steamed fish, shrimp), tempura, lightly seasoned poultry, mild cheeses, salads, or even Asian fusion dishes — all of which complement its clarity and balanced acidity.
