TASTING NOTES
• Nose - Muscavado sugar, caramel and blackened fruitcake and lemon zest.
• Taste - Caramel, slightly woody, retains fruitcake notes with generous dried fruit, molasses and bitter chocolate.
• Finish - Slightly bitter finish introduces dry nutty notes.
