Winemaker Notes: Bright yellow with subtle greenish hues. The nose reveals aromas of citrus and green apple; notes of honey and orange blossom appear in the background. Dry. fresh and aromatic on the palate. The same aromas found on the nose 'tapper as flavours on palate. adding a fine note of linden. The acidity achieved makes us axpect an interesting longevity. The finish is long and persistent yet refreshing at the same time. Estimated ageing potential of 7 years.
