TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Magnificent white-gold yellow cloak, slight pale-green reflection. Brilliant, luminous and clear.
Palate: Blending with the nose, the attack is young and high-spirited, the mellowness steps somewhat aside from the liveliness of fruit, lemon, grapefruit, apple, fern, menthol pine combining with iodine mineral. The finish is fresh and lively, a quenching wine.
The Nose: Generous, crisp and lively on ripe fruit with not a hint of green. The true nature of the Chardonnay in Chablis is given full measure in the expression of lemon, white flowers against an iodine mineral content.
