Description: Fever-Tree Tonic Water was named for the tree bark famed for alleviating the symptoms of malaria, made with cinchona bark from the Congo, hand-pressed bitter orange oil from Tanzania, marigold oil; water from the Buxton hills and no artificial sweeteners.
TASTING NOTES
• Nose - Quinine, minerally pavments after rain and very faint lemon meringue pie.
• Taste - Light, clean and gently effervescent with quinine bitterness dryness balanced by mild sugar sweetness with faint pasteurized lemon juice.
• Finish - Quinine dryness gently builds with citric acidity. Faint confected lemon.
