2022
Description:
A refined white Burgundy from one of Puligny’s respected modern growers. The 2022 vintage combines cool, delicate citrus and orchard fruit aromatics with vibrant minerality and finely balanced acidity. A small amount of oak (about 15–20% new) adds depth without overpowering the pure expression of terroir, resulting in a wine that’s both elegant and structured with good aging potential.
Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with oysters and shellfish, grilled or poached white fish, poultry with cream sauces, mushroom pasta, and mild-soft cheeses like Comté or goat cheese.
