Description:
This Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay is produced by the Carillon family, whose winemaking heritage in the village dates back to the 16th century, with records of Jehan Carillon as early as 1520. Upholding this deep-rooted Burgundian tradition, Jacques Carillon joined the family domaine in 1980 after completing his studies at the renowned winemaking school in Beaune. With expertise spanning both viticulture and marketing, he later founded Domaine Jacques Carillon in 2010 alongside his wife, Sylvia. The estate is dedicated to expressing the precision, elegance, and terroir-driven character for which Puligny-Montrachet is celebrated.
