Description:
Yellow Chartreuse is a traditional French herbal liqueur produced by the Carthusian Monks using a closely guarded recipe of 130 plants, flowers, roots, bark and spices. Its natural golden-yellow colour and distinctive flavour are developed through a combination of distillation and maceration, followed by extended ageing in oak vats. Compared with Green Chartreuse, it offers a softer, sweeter and more delicate herbal profile, making it suitable for sipping chilled, serving over ice or adding complexity to cocktails.
