Description: This family domaine is based to the north of Sancerre, in Mambray, a tiny hamlet not far from Verdiny and Chavignol. The 14 hectares are carefully managed by Pascal, and his wife Nathalie along side Nicolas's widow, Sophie. Since 1985, they have continued to strive for excellence and expand their holdings. The soil, which is a mix of clay and chalk, and typical of the region, gives a wonderful, minerally, structured fine-boned Sauvignon Blanc. But the Estate reputation is built on both red and white cuvees which are vinified separately to produce unique and characterful wines." - Vinous
