Redbreast 27 Year Old Batch 6 is a premium Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey from Midleton, triple distilled and matured for a minimum of 27 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, with a Ruby Port cask finish. Bottled at natural cask strength, it offers exceptional depth, richness and complexity.
TASTING NOTES
• Nose - Exotic fruits, mango, pineapple, blood orange and ripe red berries, with vanilla, treacle toffee, walnuts and toasted oak.
• Taste - Rich and silky, with ripe plums, black cherries, summer berries, vanilla, cinnamon, red pepper, nutmeg and toasted oak.
• Finish - Exceptionally long and elegant, with lingering ripe fruit, oak and warming spices, followed by a subtle barley character.
